Does ZuroSleep offer free shipping?

Yes, ZuroSleep offers completely free shipping on all ZuroSleep products. We ship to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.


When will my order be shipped?

Items will be shipped from our warehouse after 1–2 business days of processing time.
Please note: Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.


How long does delivery take once my order ships?

The delivery time is typically 1–3 working days. However, some products may take 4–6 working days depending on the item.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page.


What are your hours of operation?

Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes, depending on the quantity or size of items, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

We deliver items using the following carriers:

  • Dxdelivery

Where can I check the status of my shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please note: Some carriers may take up to 24 hours to update tracking information after collecting your package.


Can I change my shipping information?

Yes. If you need to change your shipping information, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@zurosleep.com.


What should I do if I haven’t received my order after the estimated delivery time?

  1. Verify your shipping information is correct.
  2. Keep in mind that delivery dates on our site are estimates based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  3. Some items may require additional 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
